I work with survey technology, offshore operations, IT infrastructure, networking, Linux, system integration, automation, and the hands-on troubleshooting that keeps systems dependable.
My background spans technical support, infrastructure, and operational technology. I am most interested in the space between the systems themselves and the people who need them to work: understanding how things fit together, finding the useful signal in a fault, and leaving a clearer system behind.
